Welcome to Nona's Kitchen!
Nona, in Italian, means Grandmother. I am a first generation Italian-American, and I grew up on very traditional Italian dishes and traditions. My family comes from the Puglia Region which is on the Adriatic Coast. Below is a map to give you an idea.
